What materials are the bags made of?

We value natural, high-quality materials. Every single piece is meticulously handcrafted using 100% premium cotton, ensuring exceptional durability, a beautiful natural texture, and a truly luxurious feel. To complement the exterior, each bag is lined with a high-quality cotton lining in a beautiful, timeless natural shade.

How should I clean and care for my bag?

To maintain the shape and timeless beauty of your handcrafted piece, we recommend gentle hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent. Do not wring, twist, or tumble dry. Reshape while damp and dry flat on a clean towel. Treat your bag with the same love it was crafted with.

Will the colors look exactly as they do on my screen?

We display the colors of our premium yarns as accurately as possible. However, please note that actual shades may slightly vary depending on your monitor settings, device screen profiles, and ambient lighting.

2. Custom Orders & Configurator

Can I change my design after placing an order?

Because every bag is bespoke and our artisans begin preparing your unique yarn palette immediately, changes can only be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to adjust your selection.

What is the creation time for a custom bag?

Perfection takes time. Since each piece is meticulously handcrafted by our small team only after an order is secured, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your bespoke bag to be beautifully completed and prepared for shipment. Please note that during periods of high demand, crafting times may be slightly extended—should this happen, we will personally inform you immediately via email.

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide to bring artisan luxury to your doorstep. Final shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your country will be calculated precisely at checkout. All international orders include tracked shipping for your complete peace of mind.

Can I return a custom-made bag?

Because each bag is uniquely custom-designed by you and made to order through our interactive configurator, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please reach out to us immediately—your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
